All McClain Team members are avid readers, and so it’s no surprise that Dr. Seuss’ birthday month inspired us to support the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation as part of our agency’s Referral Rewards Program.
The Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation was founded in 2000 with the goal to enhance local libraries’ public funding with private support: While tax dollars pay for staff, facilities, collections and operating expenses, it’s those private funds that support literacy programs for babies through teenagers, summer reading program, leadership development, and book discussion kits.
The Foundation’s mission is to enrich children’s reading enjoyment far beyond grade level requirements, but to encourage a culture of reading enjoyment, research, sport, information and experiment.
